If you wish to insure any owned structures (clubhouse, laundry building, stick-built dwellings, carports, sheds, etc.) please include on the property schedule/statement of values. Please be sure to indicate the construction type, square footage, number of stories, replacement cost and any contents coverage (if desired). If the building is over 25 years of age, please indicate the year and description of any building updates.
